Course Outline:

The objective of this course is to gain an overview of the pharmaceutical & biotech industry, its history, structure and challenges and the organisational structure of pharmaceutical companies.

Starting with an overview of the industry, the course will explore some of the most pressing challenges the industry faces.

During the final session 2 executives from the industry will discuss the opportunities and challenges they are facing with the participants.

- Day 5: Meet the Industry

Preparation Needed:

- Day 1: None

- Days 2-4: Prepare Case Studies: 20 hours
