| Description | This course will cover theory and practice of light microscopy. Number of participants is limited, therefore those who wish to participate in this course will need to write a short letter of motivation to Dr Christoph Bauer. Topics covered: training on widefield and confocal microscopes, immunofluorescence labeling and basics on live cell imaging, 2-photon confocal and super resolution techniques.
