Understanding and Modelling Cryptic Binding Pockets for Biology and Drug Discovery

The main aim of this project will be to further develop structural bioinformatics pipelines and molecular simulations-based methods to study cryptic binding pockets in proteins of biopharmaceutical interest. The methods will be applied to various targets and to protein-protein interactions.
