Description

This practical short course intends to provide an overview of the different steps needed to perform mass spectrometry-based plant metabolomics. The course will take place in the laboratory and in computer rooms where participants will have the opportunity to become familiar with sample preparation, analysis by HPLC-MS, data processing, and compound identification.
